Exploring Standard with Yarok, the Desecrated

Everyone should be familiar with the Standard Explore package, but what happens when you add Panharmonicon on a body? You get lots of shenanigans with Yarok, the Desecrated! This deck is certainly not complex, but it is fun! The goal of this deck is to gain a lot of life with Explore triggers thanks to Wildgrowth Walker and to remove your opponent's creatures through Ravenous Chupacabra and Cavalier of Night.

If you're not familiar with the Standard Explore package, it consists of primarily the following cards;

There are more cards with the Explore mechanic, but these are the ones we've chosen for this deck. With Yarok on the board, this will make all of your Explore triggers double, which in-turn, makes Wildgrowth Walker trigger an additional time.

To further take advantage of Yarok's ability, lets talk about some payoff cards:

Ravenous Chupacabra - You'll get to destroy two of your opponent's creatures when it enters the battlefield. I like to use this in conjunction with Siren's Ruse - you get to destroy 4 of your opponent's creatures for just 6 CMC!

Golgari Findbroker - Did your opponent kill off your creatures? Destroy your Planeswalker, Chromatic Lantern? Cast this and get back two permanents! I like to play the Ravenous Chupacabras, block with them, then bring them back with the Findbroker!

We really want to try and find a way to get your Ravenous Chupacabras into your graveyard, so we've put Cavalier of Night into the deck as well, to give you a sacrifice outlet.

Wildgrowth Walker and Yarok are going to have bullseyes painted on them as soon as they hit the battlefield, but that's the beauty of having Golgari Findbroker.
